PAYMENT:
Aulie Jewelry accepts PayPal payments only. PayPal will process your credit card, debit card or eCheque payment, even if you don't have a PayPal account. Simply go through the entire checkout process, and on the page to submit your payment, you'll see a form to enter your credit card information.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase. We reserve the right to sell the item(s) to another buyer if payment has not been received immediately after checkout.
SHIPPING:
Aulie Jewelry ships from the United Kingdom and strives to ship wherever possible.
We can only ship to the address you have registered to PayPal, so please be sure it is correct and up to date. If you have entered the wrong address and your purchase is shipped back to us, we will not be able to refund you the cost of shipping. You will also incur an additional shipping charge to have your purchase reshipped.
After payment is received and cleared, your purchase will be shipped to you as quickly as possible - usually in the next 1 to 5 business days. We will notify you via email once your purchase has been shipped. Although we mail promptly, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package within a specific time frame.
You may be subject to duty, tariffs, and or other taxes. Please understand that it is your responsibility to be aware and pay for any of these extra charges when and if applicable. The value of the item marked on the customs form will be what you paid for the item.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns for change of heart. However, Aulie Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns of merchandise within 5 working days of receipt. Products must be unworn.

For returns, please include the details of your order including the reason for your return, as well as your e-mail address (so that you can be contacted in a timely manner). Please note that Aulie Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. All returns must be prepaid at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
If a return is sought after the 5-day return period, we reserve the right to not accept the return.
